私たちの想い
天と地のあいだに、ひとは生き、いのちは実る。
雨が降り、風が渡り、光が差す。
土は静かにそれを受けとめ、時をかけて育んでいく。
そこに人の手がそっと添えられ、一粒の米が生まれます。
お米は、天と地、そして人のあいだで生まれます。
この当たり前の営みの中にこそ、
私たちが守りたい本当の豊かさがあります。
私は海外の文化や価値観に触れる仕事をしていました。
外の世界から日本を見つめ直したとき、心に強く残ったのは、当たり前に食べてきたごはんの存在でした。
一杯のごはんの中に、季節があり、
土地があり、人の祈りがある。
日本の食の豊かさは、決して特別な料理ではなく、
日々の暮らしの中に息づいていることに気づいたのです。
その原点にあるのが、お米でした。
「天と地のあいだ」は、お米のブランドであり、
この場所で営むおにぎり屋の名前であり、
そして、私たちが続けていきたい取り組みそのものの名前です。
自然のめぐみと、人のていねいな営みが出会う場所。
季節の移ろいを感じながら、土地を知り、米を見つめ、
まっすぐに、まじめに、お米をつくる人々とともに歩んでいきたい。
そんな想いから、この名前が生まれました。
私は農家に生まれ、土の匂いとともに育ちました。
田んぼが広がる景色は、特別なものではなく、ただそこにある日常でした。
田んぼを守ることも、おにぎりを握ることも、
この土地の味を伝えることも、すべては未来へつなぐための営みです。
その一口の先に、作る人の顔があり、守られてきた土地があり、
未来へつなぐべき命の循環があることを、感じてもらえたらと思っています。
天と地のあいだで育まれる恵みを、
これからも変わらず大切にしていきたいと考えています。

With the gentle touch of human hands, a single grain of rice is born.
Rice is born between heaven, earth, and humanity.
It is within this ordinary, everyday cycle that the true abundance we wish to protect resides.
I used to work in a field that brought me into contact with foreign cultures and values.
When I looked back at Japan from the outside world, what left the deepest impression on my heart was the presence of the rice I had always eaten without a second thought.
Within a single bowl of rice, there are seasons, there is the land, and there are human prayers.
I realized that the richness of Japanese food culture is not found in extraordinary cuisine, but lives quietly within our daily routines.
At the very root of that realization was rice.
"Between Heaven and Earth" is a brand of rice, the name of the onigiri (rice ball) shop we run here, and the name of the very initiative we wish to continue.
It is a place where the blessings of nature meet the careful, dedicated work of human hands.
While feeling the transition of the seasons, learning about the land, and focusing on the rice, we want to walk alongside the people who grow rice with honesty and earnest devotion.
It was from these thoughts and feelings that this name was born.
I was born into a farming family and grew up with the scent of the soil.
The landscape of sprawling rice paddies was nothing special to me then; it was just everyday life.
Protecting the rice paddies, making onigiri, and passing on the flavors of this land—all of these are efforts to connect our heritage to the future.
We hope that with every single bite, people can feel the faces of the growers, the history of the land that has been protected, and the vital cycle of life that must be passed on to the future.
We wish to continue cherishing the blessings nurtured between heaven and earth, now and always.
在天地之间，人类繁衍生息，生命开花结果。
雨水降落，微风拂过，阳光洒满大地。
土地静静地包容着这一切，用时间孕育着生命。
当人类的双手温柔地加入其中，一粒大米便诞生了。
大米，诞生于天、地与人之间。
正是在这看似理所当然的日常劳作中，蕴含着我们想要守护的，真正的富足。
我曾从事过一份接触海外文化与价值观的工作。
当我从外面的世界重新审视日本时，最深刻地留在心底的，却是那些仿佛理所当然般吃着的米饭。
一碗米饭中，有季节的流转，有土地的恩泽，也有人们的祈愿。
我意识到，日本饮食文化的富足，绝非什么特别的料理，而是鲜活地存在于我们的日常生活中。
而这一切的起点，就是大米。
“天地之间”是一个大米品牌，是我们在这一方天地经营饭团店的名字，同时，也是我们希望一直延续下去的这项事业本身的名字。
这是一个让自然的恩赐与人类悉心的劳作相遇的地方。
我们希望在感受季节交替的同时，了解土地，关注大米，与那些正直，真诚的大米种植者们携手同行。
正是源于这份情怀与理想，诞生了这个名字。
